“Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction”…
says John C.Crosby

Mentoring is an effective way of helping students to progress in their path. It is a helpful relationship which is based upon mutual trust and respect between the mentor and the mentee. It is offered to support students in successful completion of the program, confidence building and smooth transition to further education or the workforce.

Mentoring system at AHL tries to:

  • Understand academic related concerns of the students
  • Facilitate students to reflect on their experiences and draw out learning
  • Act as an interface between the college and students

AHL strongly believes in the following quote on mentoring “Children must be taught how to think and not what to think”.
