  Yes. Ours is a co-ed College.

In the 3rd and 4th floors of the Silver Jubilee Building.

The College remains open between 9:30 a.m-2:30 p.m. Class timings and timings of various events, activities of cells and forums, guest lectures, workshops and certificate programs will, however, vary according to the days of the week and the days the particular activities are scheduled.

Yes. But, only on alternative days. The students can come dressed in neat and decent informal clothes on the other days.

Yes. For details click certificate programs and pre-placement training. We pay attention to the development of skills required for the workplace as well as preparation for interviews. Our track record of placements is excellent.

They are a part of the curriculum. Interested students may also register to make use of offcampus gym facilities

No. But, it provides students practical exposure to industry and makes them more job-ready. So, they are advised not to lose the opportunity to benefit from this experience.

The College has provision for internships too for students.

It is absolutely safe. It is a completely CCTV-enabled campus. We also have an anti ragging cell to help students.
Students can also get their grievances redressed.
More important, a cordial relationship prevails among students and they bond well with one another.

Yes. Certainly. We have counselling and mentoring facilities. Value education is also imparted as part of our efforts to help students overcome any problems they may face at College.

Yes. The students may bring their mobile phones to College. But, they may use it only in case of emergencies. They cannot carry it inside the examination hall, of course.

Kannada, Hindi and Sanskrit. Students can also take up Additional English instead of any of these languages, but the College does not provide coaching for this subject.

Usually yes. But, subject to availability of seats, they can also apply for admission to second and third year degree course even if they haven’t studied in our College in the previous years.

Yes. We, at AHL, believe in the holistic personality development of our students and hence provide ample opportunities to participate in various extracurricular activities.

For UG courses, it is at our College itself. PG students are required to take their examinations at Vivekananda College, which is not very far from AHL.
