Career Development and Placement Services
Career development is the lifelong process of managing learning, work, leisure, and transitions in order to move toward a personally determined and evolving preferred future. In educational development, career development provides a person, often a student, focus for selecting a career to undertake in the future. After you choose a profession, you must then get the required education and training, apply for and find employment, and ultimately advance in your career.
AHL believes in assisting students in bridging the gap between education and employment. We strive to connect students with jobs of their choice and employability, and to assist students professionally and knowledgeably.
AHL conducts many courses over the three years that they are on campus to train and equip them for the job market. These courses are substantiated with participation in subject related workshops/seminars/conferences. They are also encouraged to talk in their classrooms as a part of their studies.
Many companies visit the campus or vice versa and students are encouraged to also participate in job fairs.
AHL has a good track record of student placements over the last few years. And the same companies come back to the College to recruit more students because of the better employability record of the students.
